What you actually pay
InvoClaw does not take an additional cut of payments your clients make through the platform.
When clients pay online, standard Stripe processing fees apply to each transaction — for example, 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge in the US. Rates vary by payment method and region; Stripe's published pricing for your country is the source of truth.
Subscription fees are billed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your region — see our terms for details.
When it's time to upgrade
You don't need to guess. These are the usual signals that a paid plan will pay for itself.
- You're consistently sending more invoices than the Free plan's 10-per-month allowance covers.
- You want clients to pay online by card on a hosted Stripe page instead of chasing bank transfers off-platform.
- You need to attach photos, receipts, or supporting PDFs to each invoice or estimate.
- You manage multiple brands or companies and want each one separate inside one account.
- You want premium invoice templates (Modern, Minimal, Executive) beyond the default Classic layout.
Pricing questions
Start with Free. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
No credit card to create an account. Move to a paid plan only when volume, online payments, or team access justify it.
