Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026.

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the InvoClaw mobile application (the "App"), which is a companion app for the InvoClaw invoicing service operated at app.invoclaw.com. By installing the App or signing in to it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you must keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments

If the App offers a paid subscription or other in-app purchase, that purchase is processed through the in-app purchase system provided by your device's operating system — Apple In-App Purchase on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android — and billed to the account you use with that store (your Apple ID or Google account, as applicable). All billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund questions for in-app purchases are handled by that store in accordance with the store's standard policies. You can manage or cancel an active subscription at any time from your device's store account settings.

We do not collect or store your payment credentials. The store shares with us only the limited transaction metadata (such as a transaction id, product id, and receipt) needed to unlock the features you have paid for.

Your content

You retain ownership of the invoice data, client records, and other content you upload to the App. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, and deliver that content as part of providing the service. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.

Availability and disclaimer

We aim for a reliable service but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The App is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (or paid the in-app store on our behalf for in-app purchases attributable to our service) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active users by email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.
