InvoClaw ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by HIVELIGHT TECH LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. This policy explains what personal information the InvoClaw mobile application (the "App") collects, how we use that information, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you sign in to the App, we collect your email address, your name, and the invoice and client records you create or import.

Information collected automatically. The App uses storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to cache your data for offline use. We log basic technical information about errors and feature usage to keep the App stable. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not fingerprint your device.

Information from the in-app store. If you make an in-app purchase, the in-app store associated with your device — the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android — shares with us limited transaction metadata (such as a transaction id, product id, and receipt) needed to unlock the features you have paid for. We do not receive your store account password, payment credentials, or billing address.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and keep your session active.
• Deliver invoices, payment receipts, and reminders on your behalf.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations (for example, tax reporting where applicable).

We do not sell your information or share it for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, invoice records required by tax law may be retained for up to the legally required retention period).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise these rights by emailing us at privacy@invoclaw.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to a small number of operators under least-privilege controls.
